Tasks

Skills
- Commercial diploma (CFC) and fluency in French required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools is essential.
- Experience in architectural offices or property management is a plus.

To help us fulfill this mandate, we are looking for a
Administrative Collaborator
(activity rate: 50% - 80%)
Your main tasks (Barrier-free construction sector / CSO and Reception)
· assistance in the preparation of CSO files (architectural adaptation of housing) and ensuring their administrative follow-up in collaboration with our consulting architect
· reception and welcoming (telephone and in-person) of the public
· all tasks inherent to a back office (for example, drafting correspondence, scanning, etc.)
· taking minutes and following up on tasks
· administrative support for service delivery
· mail processing
Your profile
· Commercial employee CFC
· native French speaker (knowledge of German is a plus)
· proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
· ability to work not only in a team but also independently and flexibly
· capacity to take initiative
· ease in human contacts, especially with people with disabilities
· knowledge of social insurances, especially disability insurance (an asset)
· experience in an architectural office and/or in a real estate management company (an asset)
