About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Managing the AHV branch office Zermatt (providing information to interested parties, checking and delivering AHV forms as well as acting as a link to the Cantonal Compensation Office)
- Administrative tasks in the cemetery administration area (invoicing, grave management and correspondence to relatives)
- Collaboration in the financial department (deputizing for waste, water and sewage fees as well as tax administration, administrative tasks in daily business)
Your skills
- Commercial basic training or equivalent education
- Resilient, team-oriented and discreet personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Confident handling of common computer programs (especially MS Office), ideally experience with Abacus and Innosolv
- Several years of professional experience in finance is an advantage
