About the job
The EFAJE is a network that brings together 31 municipalities from the Gros-de-Vaud district and surrounding areas wishing to unite their efforts to manage and develop quality day care services in order to better meet the needs of their citizens. To date, three sectors are represented: Family Day Care, which includes about seventy family-based caregivers, eight preschool structures, and nineteen after-school structures. We are looking, for an OSPES follow-up, for a:
Childcare Educator ES/HES, Socio-Educational Assistant CFC or Childcare Auxiliary at 37.5%
The workplace is located at the Garderie Rêv’eil matin in Echallens, a facility with a capacity of 69 places.
The working hours and days are distributed as follows:
- Monday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This is a support role for the team (explorers group 2-3 years).
Your missions:
- Ensure quality support for the children received, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in compliance with institutional values and current regulations.
- Implement the educational project and collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services.
Your profile:
You have the ability to develop reflective action on quality-related issues and to carry out relevant actions responsibly, autonomously, and reliably in your activity. Equipped with a good team spirit, your communication skills and initiative-taking, sociability, flexibility, and stability make you a real asset to the team. Experience in a similar position would be a real advantage. You are Swiss or hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record.
