You lead the service area with competence, passion, and a natural hospitality mentality. You ensure that our guests feel comfortable, coordinate the workflow in the restaurant, and actively support your team in daily operations. Are you ready to create unforgettable guest experiences together with your team?
These are your tasks
- Co-organization and support in the operational management of an assigned gastronomic area
- Deputizing for the deputy restaurant manager during absences
- Participation in the planning and design of daily business
- Co-responsibility for beverage offering planning
- Expert care and advice for our diverse, international, and local guests
- Review and optimization of internal processes and standards
- Introduction of new team members as well as supervision and training of our apprentices

- Completed vocational training in service and initial leadership experience
- Resilient, flexible, and confident – even in hectic situations; willingness to actively work in various service areas
