Tasks
- Perform repairs and maintenance on our rail vehicle undercarriages.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in complete systems effectively.
- Evaluate the condition of undercarriage components during maintenance.
Skills
- Completed training as a Polymechaniker*in or similar qualification.
- Knowledge in assembly technology and mechanical repair experience.
- Strong communication skills in German and computer proficiency.

Chassis Mechanic Rail Vehicles
Your role with us
- You carry out repair and maintenance work on the chassis of our rail vehicles
- You diagnose and fix malfunctions in overall systems
- You assess the condition of chassis components as part of maintenance
- You operate and maintain our workshop's own tools and equipment
- You record work orders, working hours, as well as defects/malfunctions on the computer and are willing to work in shifts in the future
This convinces us
- You have completed training as a polymechanic or a comparable qualification
- You have knowledge of assembly technology and ideally experience in the repair and maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic components. Rail vehicle experience is a plus
- You hold a category B driving license (car) and are willing to complete training as a tram driver
- You work carefully, on time, and independently and are a reliable, self-reflective personality
- You are open, responsible, and communicative, have good German skills in spoken and written form, and can confidently use a computer
