IT Technician User Environment Windows 11

To do this, the Systems and Technologies Service (SSIT) is looking for an experienced system engineer to strengthen the team in charge of the project and work closely with the internal engineer who designed the migration concept.

Participation in familiarizing with the existing migration concept (architecture, tools, scripts).

Preparation and deployment of Windows 11 migrations on workstations (desktops and laptops).

Technical support and troubleshooting during migration and post-migration phases.

Intervention during off-hours on migration evenings (on average twice a week).

Technical documentation and feedback to ensure the operational continuity of the project.

Excellent mastery of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.

Expertise in SCCM, MMC, task sequences, PowerShell, and EasyVista.

Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving incidents related to OS deployments.

Minimum 5 years of experience in workstation management or engineering.

Higher education in computer science (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent.

ITIL certifications and experience with EasyVista appreciated.

Driver's license (cat. B) mandatory.

Excellent communication in French (spoken and written).

Organization, rigor, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.
