Tasks

• Care and support of people with dementia in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the framework of the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
• Design and management of the care process in the key worker role with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
• Implementation of milieu- and nursing therapeutic work
• Collaboration with relatives within the framework of family-centered care
• Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
• Co-design and implementation of change processes

Profile

• Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or in the geriatric field
• Solid experience and enjoyment in dealing with people with dementia
• High professional, social and personal competence and structured working method
• Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
• Good German and PC skills
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
