• Responsibility for maintenance and servicing work on real estate and movable property according to order and maintenance plan (Technical Building Management)
• Responsibility for the building services systems according to the control system
• Technical responsibility for the resident call system
• Responsibility for periodic measurements within the scope of MepV
• Care of outdoor areas (green and surrounding work)
• Contact person for internal hotline as well as taking over on-call duty
• Assistance in the implementation of projects

• Completed basic craft training at EFZ level
• Further training as janitor with federal specialist certificate (or willingness to complete)
• Car driving license and possibly forklift and pallet truck license
• Service-oriented team player with independent, reliable and structured working style
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs

• Versatile, demanding and meaningful activity in a social environment
