Your Tasks

• Strategic and operational development of the nursing department
• Professional and personnel management of the nursing team

Your Profile

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH and leadership training (e.g., CAS Management in Healthcare) or willingness to complete this
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in rehabilitation or acute care
• Initial leadership experience at team or department management level is an advantage
• Organizational talent, high independence, and motivation for development
• Strong communication skills, role model function, and structured working style
