- Development and procurement of production equipment of all kinds, considering technological, economic, and sustainable aspects
- Technical elaboration and visualization, also using CAD systems, followed by implementation and commissioning
- Support and coordination of continuous improvement processes and lean management
- Implementation of own investment projects as well as collaboration and support of the "regional industrialization team" in larger investment projects
- Coordination of interfaces with other departments such as the regional team, production, tool technology, R&D, maintenance, among others
- Ensuring and supplementing project and plant documentation and the plant layout
Your profile
- Higher technical education in a relevant field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
- Confident handling of procurement processes for technical equipment
- Entrepreneurial thinking and striving for efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and a winning personality
- Fluent in German and good English
