Team Leader Maintenance and Cleanroom Cleaning (m/f/d) 100%
To strengthen our team in St. Gallen, we are looking for a
YOUR TASKS
- You proactively support and advise our customers and ensure close collaboration.
- As a professional and personnel leader, you lead your team and set a good example – also through your productive work in the cleanroom (GMP area).
- You ensure order and cleanliness in the assigned properties and conduct regular quality checks. In doing so, you instruct your employees in maintenance and cleanroom cleaning techniques and thus promote their further development.
- Furthermore, you create deployment and vacation planning, coordinate absences, and reliably control and record your team’s working hours.
- In addition, you implement optimization and improvement measures, define and optimize cleaning processes, and ensure compliance with occupational safety, health protection, and GMP requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have training as a building cleaning specialist, maintenance specialist, or logistician.
- Thanks to your good knowledge of cleaning technology as well as handling products, devices, and machines, you possess the necessary expertise. You also have several years of experience in cleaning.
- Independence and a sense of responsibility characterize you, as well as your strong customer orientation and pronounced quality awareness.
- As a team player with organizational talent, you keep an overview even in hectic situations. Basic knowledge of common MS Office programs and a general IT affinity make your work easier.
- You communicate well in German, always present yourself with professional manners, and have experience in leading employees.
- A category B driving license completes your profile.
