To complete its team, the CIM Centre d'Imagerie de Morges, a branch of 3R Radiologie SA, is looking for a MEDICAL SECRETARY (M/F) at 100%.
Your missions
Ensure a welcoming and quality care for patients
Manage the administrative handling of patient files
Handle telephone calls
Schedule and organize appointments
Participate in managing various administrative tasks
Actively contribute to the quality, development, and improvement of services
Your profile
Diploma as a medical secretary or equivalent qualification
Experience as a medical secretary, ideally in radiology
Mastery of medical terminology and computer tools
Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, pleasant, and smiling person
Strong sense of precision and organization
Sense of welcome and patient service
