As a consultant, you are our specialist who takes care of the re-letting of apartments and provides information about available rental offers.
Your tasks in detail
- Selecting interested tenants in collaboration with management, issuing rental commitments, and creating rental contracts are your daily business
- Daily telephone contact with interested tenants, tenants, employers, and landlords
- Reviewing incoming terminations and sending termination letters to tenants
- Processing property photos, data management, and advertising listings
- Arranging viewing appointments with interested tenants
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial basic education or training in sales/marketing
- Initial professional experience is an advantage
- Your German is fluent, and your French and English skills are good
- As an organizational talent with perseverance, nothing can easily throw you off balance
