Your Tasks
- You bear overall responsibility for the operation and further development of our global ERP landscape (currently SAP ECC; planned migration to S/4HANA).
- You manage and coordinate our external IT partners for SAP hosting, basis services, and application management.
- You lead projects in the SAP environment and ensure their successful implementation.
- You use your technical expertise to develop concepts, conduct feasibility analyses, and implement new requirements together with our partners.
- You support the analysis of complex challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
- You drive process optimizations and digitalization in global projects – focusing on production (P2P) and sales (OTC).
- You are an active member of our global IT team at the Bellach location.
Your Profile
- You have a degree related to computer science (HF, FH, university) or a comparable qualification.
- You have solid experience in operating and further developing SAP systems, ideally in a manufacturing company.
- You bring experience in project management.
- You have a pronounced hands-on mentality, can carry out smaller adjustments yourself, and professionally and purposefully manage external partners at the same time.
- You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, approach challenges with motivation, and actively take responsibility for improvements and further developments.
- You bring strong analytical skills, pronounced process thinking, and a high quality awareness.
- You work independently, efficiently, and structured, and convince through communication skills, team orientation, and a positive mindset.
- You are willing to travel from time to time.
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
