We are looking to strengthen our night shift team for a Nursing Specialist HF Permanent Night Watch 70 - 80 %from December or by arrangement Your tasks
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for the residents
- Basic and treatment care taking into account individual
- Monitoring vital signs, medication management according to medical prescription
- Emergency management and ensuring a calm, respectful
- Accompanying and supporting relatives, as well as psychosocial support of the residents
Your profile
- Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF (or equivalent)
- Independent, careful and empathetic way of working
- Team orientation, conflict ability and good communication skills
- Basic knowledge in nursing documentation and
- Flexible availability and resilience at night
- Advantageous: experience in long-term care and geriatric care
