About the job
- You will take over the management of the agricultural division of Landi Düdingen-Guin as of January 1, 2027, and lead it according to the agreed business objectives
- You ensure the economic success in the agricultural sector (sales outlets, roughage trading platform, grain collection points, feed mill and drying plant) sustainably
- You know how to lead motivated employees cooperatively and result-oriented
- You ensure optimal operational organization as well as efficient processes
- You are a young and entrepreneurial personality from the agricultural sector
- You bring leadership experience and have a good understanding of cross-departmental processes
- Through your binding and authentic manner, you manage to create trust and acceptance
- You convince through willingness to perform and inspire with initiative
- You implement changes and projects sustainably and communicate (in German and French) with employees and the board of directors on an equal footing

Landi Düdingen-Guin is a bilingual trading, production and service company with locations in Düdingen, Tafers, Heitenried and Courtepin.
