Customer Advisor (100%, Internal Sales)
What you will do with us
You advise and inspire prospects and existing customers with tailored insurance offers.
You are active in customer acquisition, recognize sales opportunities, and utilize cross-selling potentials.
You prepare quotes, process applications, and successfully close your deals.
You maintain existing customer relationships, handle simple changes, and ensure long-term customer loyalty.
You confidently represent SLKK at trade fairs and events and contribute your ideas to
marketing campaigns.
What is important to us
Experience in health insurance and/or insurance sales (requirement)
Completed basic training; certification as VBV insurance intermediary is welcome
Enjoyment of sales and customer acquisition, combined with strong advisory and service orientation
Proficient use of MS 365
Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, additional languages are an advantage
Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to look beyond the horizon
