- Leading the vehicle maintenance team with around 15 employees, promoting collaboration and targeted development of team members
- Responsibility for the professional and timely execution of operational and major maintenance work on locomotives and car shuttle wagons
- Ensuring compliance with budget requirements and quality standards
- Organization and active participation in disturbance management including on-call duty
- Deputizing for the department head during absence
Your Profile
- Completed technical training (e.g., automation technician, polymechanic, automotive mechanic) with appropriate further education
- Several years of leadership experience in a complex technical environment
- Solid knowledge in vehicle maintenance, ideally in the railway sector. Expertise in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems is an advantage
- Resilient, responsible, and open personality with high social competence
- Strong implementation skills, role model function, and assertiveness
- Willingness to work on-call, night, and weekend shifts
