Department:DSDCEntity :Penitentiary Service (SPNE) - La Promenade Detention Facility (EDPR)Activities :As part of your role, you contribute to the proper administrative and financial management of the facility. You handle mail and correspondence processing, telephone reception, drafting minutes, updating dashboards, as well as archiving and quality control of entries in the JURIS software. Furthermore, you manage the accounts of detainees according to established procedures, including remuneration, receipts and payments, account statements, and closures. Additionally, you support management in budget monitoring and accounting for cash and CCP entries. Finally, you participate in the planning and placement of detainees, monitor their files, and establish contacts with various internal and external entities to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.Desired profile :With a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of professional experience, ideally in accounting. Commercial maturity is an asset. You have good writing skills and a solid foundation in accounting, as well as ease with numbers and common computer software. Knowledge of the JURIS system is an advantage. Detail-oriented, you have a strong ability to concentrate and can work in a complex institutional environment while demonstrating discretion. Prerequisites: residence in Switzerland; clean criminal record and debt collection register extract.
