IT Business Analyst

Job Description

With this new professional challenge, you will be able to demonstrate your talent through the following tasks:

• Facilitate collaborative workshops to gather business requirements
• Map business processes involving a good mastery of process modeling and BPMN notation
• Write detailed functional specifications / User stories
• Assist the Product Owner in their activities
• Support technical teams (development team, product integrator, ...) in understanding the expected solution
• Perform integration tests
• Support the business during the acceptance testing phase (UAT)

Qualifications

For our professional excellence, you will bring:                                          

• 4 to 6 years minimum experience in business analysis in the IT field
• Higher education degree in computer science (Engineering School / HES / Master or equivalent)
• Experience in an IT services company preferred
• Native French speaker
• Excellent command of English (written / spoken)
• Swiss or European nationality
• Service and commitment mindset
• Product Owner experience is a plus
• Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification is a plus
• Proven experience in test coordination
• Ability to integrate, work in a team, collaborate and unite teams
