You’ll collaborate with talented engineering teams and contribute to solutions that keep production running smoothly and patients safe.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Build and qualify electrical and mechanical test equipment to ensure production continuity.</li><li>Design and innovate new test equipment based on priorities, including validation of equipment, non-product software, and test methods.</li><li>Take ownership of equipment availability and repairs, supporting the entire equipment lifecycle.</li><li>Drive improvements through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to equipment.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>3+ years of experience as an electrical or mechanical engineer.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical equipment and circuits.</li><li>Proficiency in CAD design and troubleshooting electrical equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with software (ideally C#) and debugging.</li><li>Experience with injection molding and validation processes (EIQ/EOQ & NPS) is a plus.</li><li>Fluent in English; German is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of TestStand is an asset.</li></ul>What Makes You Stand Out<ul><li>You enjoy problem-solving and finding creative solutions.</li><li>You thrive in collaborative environments and value teamwork.</li><li>You’re curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.</li></ul>Working at AbbottAt Abbott, you can do work that matters and help people to live a healthier and fuller life, grow your career, and learn, be your true self.
