Your Tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our guests
- You advise and support our guests and their relatives
- You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client
- You create care documentation and individual care planning
- Other employees instruct, advise, and coach you
- You take over the holiday replacement of the nursing management
What You Bring
- Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
- You have RAI training
