The Cantonal Health Center Appenzell ensures high-quality health care and support in old age for the population of Appenzell and Innerrhoden.

Our Alpsteeblick Retirement and Nursing Home – a place with heart and warmth and a beautiful view of the Alpstein – offers 61 residents a place of community, security, and a home.

For our team, we are looking for a team leader for nursing and care by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team Station F2
• Staff planning
• Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
• Active participation in daily nursing work
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists
• Quality assurance and further development of nursing

Your backpack

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF or equivalent qualification
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
• High resilience and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of German
• Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (BESA knowledge is an advantage)
