Specialist Innovation/ ITPM/ Projects
80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Participation or leadership of projects focusing on IT, process automation, and optimization
Product Owner for selected applications - operation & development
Analysis of requirements, development of solutions & decision-making bases
Optimization of M365 usage including dashboards & evaluations
Identification & implementation of improvement potentials
Contact point for internal IT questions, coordination of external IT partners
Promotion of innovation & co-design of technical developments
Your profile
Commercial training with further education in IT, project management, or business analysis
High initiative, structured & solution-oriented working style
Experience in application operation & backlog maintenance is an advantage
Understanding of digital processes, automation & optimization
Confident handling of M365 & ideally Power BI
Analytical thinking & ability to clearly communicate complex content
Finnova knowledge is an advantage
Service-oriented, strong communication skills & tech-savvy
Very good German & good English skills
