Operations Employee (Maintenance limited until 31.12)
Activities
- Maintenance, repair, and servicing work on production machines and equipment
- Analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions
- Participation in the planning and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Active involvement in optimizations, conversions, and modernizations
- Ensuring maximum system availability for production
Requirements
- Completed basic mechanical training
- Ideally several years of experience in an industrial environment and good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Ability to confidently read technical drawings and diagrams
- Enjoyment of assembly, repair, and adjustment work on production systems
- Experience with conventional machine tools (turning/milling) and measuring instruments and basic knowledge of electrical engineering (e.g., sensor technology, simple troubleshooting)
- Ideally, a connection permit according to Art. 15 NIV
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ideally previous experience with maintenance software
