Team Leader and Digitalization Expert 80–100%

We are looking for an innovative personality for the Department of Tariffs, Digitalization, and Quality (TDQ) by agreement as a Team Leader and Digitalization Expert 80–100%.
We are seeking a well-founded digitalization expert (80–100%) with team leadership responsibilities. The role combines operational team management with strategic trend analysis, project portfolio control, and active stakeholder management. The core task is to identify technological developments in healthcare, assess their relevance for pharmacies, and translate them into concrete digitalization projects – in close coordination with other departments of the head office and representing pharmaSuisse in interprofessional committees.
Your responsibilities
- Personnel and operational management of the digitalization team
- Planning, prioritizing, and managing the digitalization project portfolio
- Implementing the digitalization strategy and coordinating with the TDQ department head and executive management as needed
- Monitoring and analyzing technological trends in healthcare with a focus on pharmacists and deriving concrete fields of action and recommendations
- Participation in interprofessional working groups and membership in representative committees on behalf of the Swiss Pharmacists Association pharmaSuisse
- Proactive market analysis for innovations, research, and digitalization ideas relevant to pharmacies
- Advising and supporting other project leaders on digitalization topics
- Internal and external stakeholder management of digitalization – building synergies and cooperation
Your profile
- Completed tertiary education (FH/University or HF) in business, medical informatics, or a related field
Specialization
- Alternatively, a degree as a pharmacist with corresponding further training
- Several years of proven expertise in digitalization and project management
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or association environments
- Further training in Digital Health or Digital Transformation is an advantage
- Understanding of the Swiss healthcare system (KVG, tariff structures) is an advantage
- Experience in introducing innovations and their operationalization
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a solution-oriented working style
- Existing network with various healthcare actors is an advantage
- Fluent in German, good knowledge of French, Italian is an advantage
