Your tasks
- Review and processing of applications for professional practice permits for university and non-university medical professions in the field of medicinal products control
- Review and processing of applications for operating permits for pharmacies, drugstores, and private pharmacies
- Independently handling technical telephone inquiries as well as correspondence related to medicinal products control
- Administrative preparation and follow-up of inspections
- General secretarial tasks (correspondence / appointment coordination / project support, invoicing)
Your profile
- Training as a pharmaceutical assistant, druggist EFZ, or commercial basic training with experience in healthcare
- Confident oral and written communication in German and enjoyment of written correspondence with corresponding Office application knowledge
- Precise, efficient, and structured way of working. You know how to set priorities to keep a cool head even in hectic situations
- Initiative and communication skills complete your profile
