Department:DECSEntity:Social Action Service (SASO) - Cantonal Office of Health Insurance and Study Grants (OCAB)Activities:You support and advise the managers of the sector responsible for granting LAMal subsidies while developing and delivering training procedures on legal issues for their attention.You also participate in the drafting of draft laws, decrees, directives, and legal opinions.
Finally, you support and advise the office management on all legal issues related to the office's missions.
Desired profile:Holder of a master's degree in law, you have several years of experience in a legal support or advisory role. You have in-depth knowledge of social insurance law and administrative law, complemented by basic knowledge of health insurance and study grants. Your proficiency with common computer tools, your interpersonal skills, as well as your analytical and synthesis abilities are recognized.
