As part of a pharmaceutical mandate, we are looking for a Team Leader to manage the technical teams.

Your tasks:

• Lead and coordinate the activities of
• HVAC maintenance technicians (7 employees), ensuring supervision and personnel management
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance services on HVAC installations (regulation and control)
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of HVAC installations
• Work in a protected environment, adjusting temperatures, humidity, and overpressure
• Compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in all work
• Keep operating records, intervention reports, and operation reports up to date
• Management and planning of maintenance activities, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ordering and monitoring subcontracted work
• Administrative management related to the position (CMMS,
• reporting, invoicing, etc.)
• Participation in an on-call service

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
• Degree in building technology, preferably in electricity
• Very good experience in administrative and technical site management
• Team management and supervision skills
• Fluency in French, English is a plus
• Very good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP)
