Marketing Channel Manager, Live Communication/Events

Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the "Live Communication" channel (events) and the corresponding formats (e.g., major events/trade fairs, specialist conferences, in-house events, sponsorship appearances, webinars)
- Responsibility for the strategic orientation and further development of Pistor Live Communication (channel strategy), in coordination with the overarching marketing and channel strategy
- Independent project management and end-to-end responsibility across all project phases (concept, planning, organization, transport, deployment planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Ensuring smooth process organization of individual live communication projects
- On-site support of events and multi-day trade fairs, including setup/breakdown (rarely weekend/evening assignments)
- Coordination/collaboration with internal stakeholders, e.g., sales, procurement, distribution, etc.
- Coordination of the Live Communication channel as an instrument within various thematic marketing and campaigns, including professional advice and support for marketing coordinators and teams
- Measuring the success of live communication, including preparing result presentations and reports
- Setting up, managing, and controlling event campaigns in the CRM tool
- Managing external partners (e.g., event partners, agencies)
- Independent management of the channel/project budget as well as transparent cost controlling
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training and appropriate further education in marketing/communication and/or event management
- Several years of experience in marketing/communication, with a focus on event management (trade fair experience is an advantage)
- Industry knowledge in gastronomy and/or bakery is desirable
- Organizational and coordination talent
- High conceptual skills
- Solid knowledge in customer experience
- Passion for customer-centered, experiential communication
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style as well as strong communication skills
- High flexibility, resilience, and good physical fitness (setup/breakdown, material transport)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills, French is an advantage
