Your tasks
- Support in recruiting and onboarding employees
- Assist in cleaning examination rooms, operating area as well as public areas and offices
- Coordination and checking of daily cleaning tasks including compliance with area times and execution of laundry rounds
- Leadership and training of around 15 employees
- Compliance with specified safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
- Support with short-term adjustments in the deployment plan
- Performing simple administrative tasks
- Conducting quality controls
- Communication with the customer
- Deputy of the site management during absence
Your profile
- Basic knowledge of German (at least A2, spoken); simple written documentation
- Service orientation, independence, and flexibility
- Experience in hospital cleaning is an advantage.
- First experience in guiding employees is necessary.
- PC skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Foreign applicants require a valid residence permit C or B permit with employment
- Driver's license category B mandatory
- Training as a building cleaner EBA/EFZ or equivalent professional experience is an advantage
- High flexibility
- Teamwork and respectful cooperation
