What to expect
- You independently manage your area within the Health & Near-Food category and develop it further based on market trends, analyses, and customer needs
- You identify growth potentials in the assortment and actively support the expansion of our beauty offering
- You share responsibility for achieving sales and margin targets (contribution margin)
- You support the optimization of processes along the product lifecycle (sourcing, pricing, content) and contribute ideas for automation and efficiency improvements
- You conduct negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers and ensure competitive pricing
- Together with the Category Marketing Manager, you plan marketing measures and campaigns
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) as well as further education in marketing, product management, purchasing, or business administration
- 2–3 years of experience in product management, ideally in the beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce environment
- Interest and intuition for beauty trends and customer needs
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with data
- Initial experience in e-commerce or digital sales is an advantage
- Interest in digitization and automation as well as modern tools
- Initiative, teamwork skills, and a structured way of working
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with internal and external partners
- Very good German and good English skills as well as confident handling of MS Office
