Tasks
As a leader, you are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, shape the daily business of the Social Welfare Office, and accompany and support the Social Commission as a political body during monthly meetings. You are part of the management of the Olten social region and jointly responsible for the development and implementation of innovative tools to optimally position the social region.
Directly reporting to you are 2 team leaders, whom you support and lead both professionally and personally.
Expectations
- Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences in social work (or equivalent education)
- Further training in social management or willingness to complete it
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Professional experience in the field of statutory social work
- Resilient and flexible personality
- Knowledge and experience in the commercial field
- Knowledge of the case management system KLIBnet (advantageous)
- Ability for interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
