We are recruiting a socio-professional master at 80%–100% for a fixed-term contract from 01.04.2026 to 31.12.2027, equally divided between two workshops with complementary missions:
- 🎒 Césure Workshop (50%): artistic creation workshop (visual arts, textile, ceramics, mixed techniques, upcycling art)
- ⚙️ Éco-Fabrik Workshop (50%): workshop focused on manufacturing, repair, upcycling, and eco-responsible practices
This position is part of an innovative institutional dynamic, at the crossroads of creation, making, and support for recovery
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and training
The Rehabilitation Workshops are part of the CHUV Community Psychiatry Service and are aimed at people whose mental disorders may cause significant psychosocial repercussions. Their mission is to promote rehabilitation by supporting the recovery process, defined as a personal path towards a more balanced life and well-being
The Workshops offer craft, productive, artistic, and socializing activities in a safe environment that promotes stability, creativity, social connection, and self-determination. Support is organized around the Individual Project, jointly built with each beneficiary and regularly reassessed
Mission
You perform two differentiated missions, corresponding to the specificities of each workshop:
🎒 Césure Workshop (50%)
- You provide comprehensive support to beneficiaries, including administrative file reference and active participation in the development of the Individual Project

- You support creative processes and encourage personal expression
- You ensure beneficiary reference through administrative and socio-professional follow-up
- You participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Individual Project
- You coordinate with the internal and external network
⚙️ Éco-Fabrik Workshop (50%)
- You support manufacturing activities without file reference, in a co-facilitation and complementary logic with the two MSPs of the workshop
- You support and co-facilitate manufacturing, repair, and material transformation activities in a sobriety and sustainability logic
- You integrate eco-responsible issues into the proposed activities
- You ensure safety, proper use of tools, and compliance with instructions.
Profile
- You hold a CFC or equivalent training in a craft or artistic profession (visual arts and/or applied arts)
- You ideally have training as a socio-professional master or equivalent training (social, educational, artistic, or craft)
- You have proven skills in a relevant manual field (ceramics, sewing, visual arts…)

- You adopt a professional attitude combining creativity, reliability, versatility, sense of responsibility, and adaptability.
