About the job
We are looking for an experienced leader for our internal sales department to start immediately or by arrangement. You ensure efficient processes with your team and are the central contact person for internal and external partners.Your main tasks:
- Leadership and organization of the internal sales department
- Ensuring professional customer service and handling customer inquiries
- Responsibility for the entire order processing including quotes, orders, and delivery notes
- Analysis and further development of existing structures and processes
- Execution of rebate settlements and controlling of special conditions
- Master data maintenance and internal contact person for ERP topics
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable further education
- Several years of experience in internal sales as well as leadership experience
- Very good ERP knowledge and confident handling of MS Office
- Structured, independent, and customer-oriented working style
- Very good German skills, French and English skills are an advantage
