As a competence center for social insurances, the Social Insurance Center Thurgau (SVZ) with its approximately 210 employees provides comprehensive services and is committed to the population and the economy. We are currently on the path to independence and plan to leave the cantonal administration organization as of January 1, 2027.
The SVZ compensation fund ensures that pensions are calculated and paid, contributions are correctly collected, and cantonal benefits are reliably processed. Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for his successor as of December 1, 2025 or by agreement:
These tasks will motivate you
- As a member of the management team, you contribute significantly to the success and further development of the SVZ
- You lead the compensation fund department together with the department heads directly reporting to you and a total of about 80 employees
- You lead projects and working groups or actively contribute your expertise to them
Your skills and talents
- Completed higher technical school / university, ideally supplemented with business management training such as an EMBA
- Proven practical business management knowledge and familiarity with Swiss social insurances
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role in upper management
- Experience in leading projects as well as in conceptual work
- You like to take responsibility, drive things forward with enthusiasm, are service-oriented and implementation-strong
