Your Tasks
You form a central interface between our patients and the treating doctors at the reception of our outpatient clinic. You independently perform wound checks, suture removals, and blood draws on medical order. Caring for patients transported lying down as well as organizing patient transports are also part of your duties. In addition, you update the electronic medical record and assist our patients in filling out necessary forms. Furthermore, you are responsible for material management and ordering for the consultation rooms and waiting areas. In the front office, you take on diverse administrative tasks related to outpatient consultations.
Your Profile
For these versatile tasks, you must have completed vocational training as an MPA or FAGE. You have a quick grasp and remain resilient even in hectic situations. As a service-oriented and flexible personality, you work reliably, efficiently, and independently. In addition, you have good IT user skills and gladly support your team colleagues with further administrative tasks. Good foreign language skills are also an advantage.
