Job Description

• Organization and implementation of Occupational Health Management
• Conveying safety and health protection topics to new employees and existing colleagues
• Recording, clarifying, and documenting accidents, near misses, and developing improvement measures
• Organization, documentation, and visual preparation of EHS topics (e.g., Safety Walks, Safety Observations, EHS Boards, Safety Alerts, etc.)
• Participation in EHS reporting
• Conducting conformity assessments according to the Machinery Directive 
• Participation in audits on EHS topics (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISCC+)
• Driving continuous improvement processes and activities

Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training and further training as a safety assistant
• Auditor training with the standards ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 50001
• Experience in convincing demanding, quality-oriented contacts through confident communication and reliable working methods
• Knowledge of chemical regulations
• Professional experience in the safety, environmental, and health sector of a manufacturing company
• Good knowledge in the field of machine safety
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
