The employees of Digital Forensics are digital trace readers who prepare digital evidence of all kinds as service providers for police investigators and evaluate data in a legally admissible manner. In addition, they support the investigators with their expertise.

For the Cybercrime service, we are looking for a

• Analysis and preparation of secured digital evidence
• Subject-related advice and support for police investigators and investigative authorities in technically complex cases
• Support during house searches in technically complex cases
• Preparation of reports for investigative authorities
• Further development of work processes and analysis methods
• Performance of weekend and on-call duty

• Completed vocational training, advanced technical college or university degree in computer science or a comparable field
• Interest in the field of digital forensics and willingness to familiarize yourself with forensic methods and legal frameworks
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
• Service-oriented, innovative and creative
• Mental resilience and willingness to work irregular hours
• Willingness to continue education
• Driver's license category B
