To strengthen our HR Competence Center, we are looking for a committed and analytically strong personality who will professionally shape and further develop HR Analytics at the Bern Cantonal Police.
- Build, maintain and further develop HR dashboards and reports
- Analyze and interpret HR data to support strategic and operational decisions
- Advise managers and HR staff on all questions related to HR key figures
- Develop personnel cost planning, related trend reports, and ensure political accountability
- Build and ensure high data quality (e.g., internal control system)
- Lead projects in the area of HR key figures, participate in digitization initiatives
Your Profile
- University degree (UNI, FH) or advanced federal diploma in business administration
- Experience in HR controlling, HR analytics, or business intelligence
- Very good knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and visualization (MS Office, SAP/HCM)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders (within projects and working groups)
