• Strategic planning, further development, and optimization of our AEW data platform based on a clearly defined data strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Definition of principles for the entire data lifecycle; from acquisition through integration and analysis to data provision
• Development and coordination of a consistent data architecture with conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Translation of business requirements into an efficient, future-oriented data architecture in close collaboration with stakeholders, internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
• Establishment and implementation of a Data Governance Framework to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
• Development of strategies and principles for seamless data integration as well as ensuring documentation of pipelines and data processes
• Consulting and support for data analyses and target group-oriented presentation of results
• Close cooperation with IT, digitization, data protection departments, and the respective Data Owners
• Monitoring new trends and technologies for continuous development of data practices within AEW

• Completed training or further education in Data Engineering, Computer Science (FH/HF), or a comparable qualification with solid practical experience
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in data architecture focusing on data modeling and data integration
• Experience with Data Governance Frameworks and tools as well as modern cloud platforms and their services
• Analytical, structured, and goal-oriented thinking with a high degree of personal responsibility
• High quality and security standards as well as willingness for continuous optimization and further development
• Confident communication in German and English; both spoken and written
