The St.Gallen municipal utilities are the reliable partner for the population and economy of the city of St.Gallen as well as partly for the region in the supply of energy, water, and fiber optics. For the Finance and Services department, Human Resources division, we are looking for a
HR Assistant (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
We actively shape the energy transition and are looking for a motivated personality who wants to help shape this change.
This is what you will do:
- Responsible for the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle (entries, exits, changes, etc.)
- Maintenance and management of personnel data in the HR system
- Preparation of work certificates and attestations
- Independent correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Support of the Head of Human Resources as well as the HR team in daily operational business
- Participation in HR projects and active involvement in HR digitization initiatives
This is what you bring with you:
- Completed further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or currently in training
- Several years of solid experience in a comparable HR function
- Creative and implementation-oriented thinking and acting
- High interest in digitization and process optimization
- Independent, reliable working style with high personal responsibility
