With the launch of the first IPD‑project («Integrated Project Delivery» / integrated project execution) on Schaffhauserstrasse in Zurich, Implenia is specifically expanding its expertise. For our IPD‑pilot project, we are looking for a committed, communicative personality as Project Manager Building Construction for IPD Project. Do you already have experience in the general contractor/subcontractor environment, feel comfortable in the role of project manager, and enjoy working with digital tools like BIM? What you will do

• You will manage the IPD‑pilot project together in the project management team and in close cooperation with all project partners
• You are responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality in a collaborative manner across all project phases
• You actively contribute to the integrated project delivery and make decisions together with the team
• You work collaboratively with planners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• You take an active role in the cooperative leadership and development of site managers
• You ensure transparent communication, clear decision-making bases, and clean reporting within the project management team

• Completed training in construction or planning (e.g., project management, technician TS, architecture, or civil engineering)
• Initial experience in participating or leading new construction projects
• Motivation to take responsibility and actively shape projects
• Interest in working in interdisciplinary teams
• Enjoyment of communication, teamwork, and collaborative solutions
• Basic understanding of the general contractor/subcontractor environment or willingness to develop further in this area
• Openness to digital working methods such as BIM as well as Lean and IPD methods
