Your area of responsibility
- Personal and economic assistance for individuals and families according to the Social Assistance Act, SKOS guidelines, and internal regulations
- Counseling people in difficult life situations
- Drafting and implementing decisions of the Social Committee
- Independent case management as well as maintaining case documentation
- Assertion of financial claims against third parties
- Collaboration with internal and external specialist agencies
Your profile
- Degree in social work HFS/FH or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in social assistance and social insurance law is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, professional conduct even in demanding situations
- Resilient and team-oriented personality with high social competence
- Affinity for numbers as well as administrative and organizational skills
- CAS Case Management (with a focus on health) is an advantage
- Very good IT user skills (Tutoris, CMI, MS365)
