Field Visual Merchandiser (m/f/d) (Maternity Cover)
Workload: 100% (fixed-term) / Location: Basel - Fribourg Region

You skillfully stage marketing ideas and strategies at the POS according to our Visual Merchandising Guidelines. Your area of responsibility
- Visual staging: You ensure a sales-strong staging of our shop windows, focal points, and all touchpoints in the B2B and B2C areas according to the Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
- Space management: You ensure appropriate product stocking on the B2B and B2C sales areas and actively support the stocking process.
- Interface communication: You work closely with sales, key account managers, and retail area managers to optimally coordinate product setup and maintenance.
- Action and promotion planning: You plan promotions and seasonal activities and ensure the correct use of POS materials on the sales floors.
- Area control: You regularly check the sales area and independently plan your customer visits.
- Project support: You support the planning, implementation, and opening of new space concepts and shop-in-shop solutions in the B2B and B2C areas.

- You have experience in visual merchandising and bring textile knowledge from sales or the creative field.
- Your pronounced flair for fashion and trends as well as your creativity combined with technical skills distinguish you.
- You work independently, take responsibility, and approach your tasks with high initiative. You remain resilient and flexible even in challenging situations.
- As a customer-oriented and communicative personality, you present yourself confidently and appropriately to both internal and external contacts.
- You think in networks, act result-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. In addition, you are willing to travel and enjoy working at different locations.
- You possess a valid driving license.
