Job Description
As an EPM Consultant, you will be involved in deploying performance management solutions for our clients.
Your main missions:
- Participate in all phases of a project: requirements gathering, facilitating business workshops, design, production deployment, contributing to testing/acceptance phases and follow-up.
- Develop skills on various market EPM solutions.
- Conduct PoCs, organize feedback sessions (REX), and ensure technological watch.
- Contribute to the development of the EPM offering: pre-sales, knowledge transfers, technical workshops, recruitment, etc.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, service orientation, and ability to work in a team.
On a daily basis, you will be expected to:
- Understand business challenges, analyze planning, budgeting, reforecasting, simulation, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Design and implement applications covering forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Propose and deploy variance analyses to identify performance levers.
- Perform developments and configurations on EPM solutions.
- Train and support end users.
- Document and evolve applications to enrich them over time.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EPM or management control.
- At least 1 year of experience with the Board International tool (mandatory).
- Experience in Data projects is a plus.
Technical skills:
- Mastery of one or more of the following technologies: Board, Jedox, Anaplan.
- Good knowledge of financial concepts: management control, cost accounting, budgeting, reporting, corporate finance.
- Ability to work on complex projects, analyze risks, and propose appropriate solutions.
Personal qualities:
- Rigor, methodology, and listening skills.
- Team spirit, cooperation, and ability to share your knowledge.
- Dynamic, curious, taste for teamwork and service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and smooth communication with all project stakeholders.
- Good level of French and English, both spoken and written.
