We are looking for you as Key Account Manager Service Business (a) Switzerland as soon as possible.
Your role: strategic, customer-oriented, forward-looking
As a Key Account Manager, you take on a central role in the care and development of our regional and international customer portfolio. You work closely with our professional and collegial sales team – because for us, sales always means teamwork. You report directly to the Head of Key Account DACH and receive diverse opportunities for personal and professional development.
Your tasks: versatile and responsible
Consulting, acquisition, and support of major customers in the service and maintenance sector
Expansion of existing customer relationships in close cooperation with our global KAM team
Conducting and supporting market and customer analyses with a focus on Switzerland
Negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements as well as individual service packages
Handling customer complaints and implementing technical requirements in cooperation with our technician and master teams
Close cooperation with our back office: support in lead generation, marketing campaigns, and event planning
Your profile: convincing and customer-focused
Whether a completed university degree or successfully completed training: what counts for us is that you approach our customers highly motivated and professionally and bring a passion for sales
Professional experience and passion for selling complex services or customer solutions
Strong communication skills, customer-friendly demeanor, and sales skills in an international environment
Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting – also in collaboration with internal contacts
Native Swiss German speaker. Good French skills would be a great advantage. English skills are a plus
Willingness to travel within Switzerland, as well as a category B driving license
Confident handling of MS Office
Eager to learn, reliable, committed, and team-oriented
