We are looking for a
Junior Sous Chef 100% (m/f/d) - Zurich
Your area of responsibility
- In the kitchen and office area, you support the leadership and development of the team and together ensure a smooth operation in the kitchen
- With your creative ideas, you design new trendy dishes to continuously delight our guests
- You take on administrative tasks such as ordering goods, incoming goods inspections, and calculations
- You assist with inventory, incoming goods inspection, and checking delivery notes
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, depending on the schedule, between 07:00 and 18:00
Your profile
- You have completed professional training as a cook EFZ
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a cook and initial leadership experience, ideally in communal catering
- IT affinity as well as knowledge of calculation and inventory management systems are an advantage
- You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence, actively seeking solutions, taking responsibility, and keeping an overview even in hectic moments
- You have good German skills in spoken and written form. Additional language skills in English are an advantage
- You have a valid category B driving license
