Polymechanic (5-Axis CNC Milling Center in 2-Shift Operation)
Activities
- 5-axis CNC milling center with TNC 530 Heidenhain control
- Setting up CNC milling center according to TopSolid clamping plan
- Responsible for tool assembly
- Operating a CNC-controlled goblet tool setting device
- Processing customer orders in compliance with manufacturing and inspection guidelines
- Order-related ERP bookings in the system
- Optimizing and implementing CAM-generated programs
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or similar (specializing in CNC milling)
- Solid CNC knowledge
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts
- Accurate and precise working method
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Flexible, loyal, responsible
