YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Administration:
Telephone service, reception, general administrative tasks as well as support in organizing internal events. - Customer Service:
Organization and support of customer visits, including the provision of catering and drinks. - Support of Management and HR Department:
Support in various activities for management and HR. - Office Management:
- Support Facility Management:
Support in ensuring the smooth running of all processes.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Commercial basic training or experience in the administrative field (very good MS Office skills required)
- Independent, precise way of working
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Flexible, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Hands-on mentality as well as a solution-oriented and self-responsible way of working
- Good communication skills, fluent in German and English
